Confidential Exit Interviews
For the purpose of quality control and retention, the Office of Equal Opportunity conducts exit interviews with tenure-track faculty and management who have chosen to leave their positions early. These interviews are completely confidential and the information given will only be used to gather general insights about the campus and suggestions for improving the University environment.
